Who can be a participant? 
What will they do?

During the program period beginning in September and extending to December 15, 2020, interested individuals:

• May apply to be a Participant if they:

  • Are a displaced or furloughed worker; or

  • Have experienced significant financial hardship due to COVID-19

• Will learn new skills and about emerging sectors

• Will network with other professionals in the field

• Develop the expertise to continue working in resilient sectors in our economy

Which emerging sectors are part of this ACI?

ACI targets companies who come from non-tourism dependent, emerging industries engaged in, but not limited to:

• Aerospace

• Agri-Tech

• Aquaculture

• Clean Energy

• Creative Industries

• Healthcare

• Local Food Production and Manufacturing

• Manufacturing

• Natural Resource Management

• Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields

• Smart, Sustainable Communities

• Technology, Cyber Security

• Waste Reduction Services

How does a Participant benefit from the ACI experience?

A Participant will receive
