The
Economic Development Alliance of Hawaii (EDAH) is an umbrella organization
of the four private non-profit statewide Economic Development Boards.
EDAH oversees management of the Regional Economic Transition
Assistance Hawaii II (RETA-H II) program. The RETA-H II program is funded
by U.S.D.A. Cooperative Research Education and Extension Service and
U.S. Army, Natick MA through a Cooperative Agreement with EDAH eff. 4/15/05.
